At Care First - RWJ Physician Enterprise we take an active role in our patient’s health to develop personalized treatment plans.  Dr. Devraj Lahiri is an internal medicine physician who has been in practice in the Central New Jersey area for sixteen  years.  Internal Medicine physicians treat the entire body, not just a specific organ. 

We focus on preventative medicine and encourage all of our patients to have annual wellness visits.   These visits are a great opportunity to coordinate age appropriate screening exams, such as, mammograms or colonoscopies. 

Dr. Lahiri also treats many older patients with a goal to keep them functioning at the highest level possible. He sees many patients who are active in their communities, but also provides care for debilitated patients in nursing facilities.  He has been serving as medical director of the Regency Jewish Heritage Nursing and Postacute Rehabilitation Center for over 10 years.
